Rebel Rose is the musical statement of Swiss singer and artist Sara Runco (formerly of Out of Gravity and Chapter Seven) – powerful, independent, and deeply rooted in classic heavy metal and hard rock. Behind Rebel Rose stands an artist who has chosen to create her own musical language – loud, distinctive, and driven by a clear vision.

During the recording process of the first Rebel Rose album, Sara’s path crossed with guitarist Dario Michielini (formerly of Megawatt, Fallout) and drummer Stefan Häberli (Comaniac). Their musical chemistry, intense energy, and shared passion made them an essential part of the live line-up. Shortly afterwards, bassist Fabian Volkers and guitarist Sandro Vanetti joined the live line-up, bringing their own energy and musical character to the evolving sound of Rebel Rose.

Step by step, a unique dynamic emerged, driven by the same vision: to create a sound that is powerful, honest, and uncompromising. Intense studio sessions and shared video shoots ignited a fire – wild, alive, and full of passion.

The sound of Rebel Rose is passionate, classic, and modern at the same time – an impressive combination of dynamic riffs, melodic and distinctive leads, driving rhythms, and a voice that cuts through with unrestrained power and captivating intensity. The music builds a bridge between the icons of the past and a signature sound of its own.

With the first singles Where the Forgotten Wait, Inner Animal, Under Fire, and the new single Don't Panic!, Rebel Rose makes a strong statement in 2025/2026. The debut album will be released in autumn 2026 and marks the next major step in the journey. Rebel Rose continues to grow as a live act, bringing the energy of the songs to the stage.
