Rebel Rose is the musical statement of Swiss singer Sara Runco (formerly of Out of Gravity, Chapter Seven) – powerful, independent, and firmly rooted in classic metal. Behind the project is an artist who has decided to find her own musical language – loud, distinctive and with a clear vision.

 

During the recording process for the first Rebel Rose album, her paths crossed with guitarist Dario Michielini (formerly of Megawatt, Fallout) and drummer Stefan Häberli (Comaniac). Their harmonious chemistry, intense musical energy, and shared passion quickly made them core members of the band. Shortly thereafter, bassist Fabian Volkers joined the lineup, perfectly embodying the expressive spirit of Rebel Rose. Step by step, a band dynamic emerged, driven by the same vision. Today, they stand united for a sound that is powerful, honest, and uncompromising. Intense studio sessions and collaborative video shoots sparked a fire—wild, vibrant, and alive with passion.

Rebel Rose's sound is spirited, classic, and modern—a impactful combination of dynamic riffs, melodic and unmistakable leads, driving rhythms, and a voice that permeates with unleashed power and haunting passion. The music bridges the gap between icons of the past and their own signature.

 

With their first three singles, "Where the Forgotten Wait," "Inner Animal," and "Under Fire," and various video clips, Rebel Rose has made a striking statement in 2025. The debut album is on the way, and the band will also be performing live on stage starting in fall 2025.
